Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Artem Khabeev (I/E Artem Khabeev, identification code 105670257, 11 Maksim Gorki St, Tbilisi 0102, Georgia), trading as Podcast Corner Tbilisi (“we”), processes personal data of the people who visit podcastcorner.studio, book our studio and use our services. We are the controller of this data.

2. What data we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, WhatsApp number, Telegram username (optional), your comment, and the set, service, date and time you book.
• Payment details: online payments are processed by our payment provider Flitt. We receive the payment status, the amount and a masked card number (for example, 4444 55** **** 1111). We never receive or store your full card number or CVV.
• Messages: what you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email.
• Website: we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser. After an online booking we save one cookie (pc_client) with your first name and the set you booked, for one year, so the site can greet you and offer that set again next time; you can delete it in your browser settings at any time. Videos (YouTube, privacy-enhanced mode) load only when you press play, and the map is provided by Yandex Maps — these services may set their own cookies under their policies.

3. Why we use it

• to create, confirm, reschedule and cancel your bookings;
• to send the confirmation, reminders and booking changes by WhatsApp and email;
• to take payments and make refunds;
• to answer your questions and deliver your files;
• to keep the records required by Georgian tax and accounting law.

We process data to perform our agreement with you, to meet legal obligations, and — for optional things like a request for a review — on the basis of our legitimate interest, which you can object to at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Flitt — online payments and refunds;
• Resend — delivery of booking emails;
• WhatsApp and Telegram — messages about your booking;
• our hosting provider — the servers our website and booking system run on (in the EU).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We disclose data to public authorities only when Georgian law requires it.

5. Your recordings

The content you record belongs to you. We keep a backup of your raw files for 14 days after the session, and then delete it. Behind-the-scenes content is used as described in our Terms & Conditions, unless you ask us not to.

6. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Georgian tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept while we need it to serve you, and deleted or anonymised after that or on your request.

7. Security

The website and booking system work only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to client data is limited to the studio staff who need it for your booking. Card data is handled only by the payment provider, on its PCI DSS–compliant page.

8. Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or stop using it, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will reply within 10 business days. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
