1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Individual Entrepreneur Artem Khabeev (I/E Artem Khabeev, identification code 105670257), registered at 11 Maksim Gorki St, Tbilisi 0102, Georgia, trading as Podcast Corner Tbilisi. By booking or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Services Offered

Podcast Corner Tbilisi offers podcast production and post-production services, studio rental, technical support, live-streaming, and content consulting. Our team works with professional equipment and provides a turn-key solution for podcast and video creators.

All services are listed on this website with a description and a price in Georgian lari (GEL). The price of each booking is shown in GEL before you confirm it.

3. User Registration

To complete a booking, users are required to provide their full name, WhatsApp number, and email address, as well as to carefully review and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. Users are responsible for any activity associated with their booking and provided contact details.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). A 50% prepayment is required to confirm every booking. It is paid online right when you book — by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure page of our payment provider Flitt. The time slot is held for 15 minutes while you pay; if the prepayment is not completed in that time, the slot is released automatically and the booking is not created.

The remaining 50% is paid at the studio right after the session. Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s page — Podcast Corner never sees or stores them.

Subscription Packages

A subscription package is personal and non-transferable. Only the person who purchased the subscription may use it. The subscription holder may not transfer the right to use the subscription to third parties or book sessions on behalf of third parties. The holder may attend sessions in person and may bring a guest (for example, an interviewee or co-host).

If you wish to cancel your subscription after using some of the sessions, the refund is calculated as if each used session had been booked at the standard (non-subscription) rate. The cost of the used sessions at the standard rate is deducted from the amount paid for the subscription, and the remaining balance is refunded. If the cost of the used sessions at the standard rate equals or exceeds the subscription price, no refund is due.

Example:

Subscription price (10 sessions 2 hours each): 2,900 GEL
Sessions used: 3
Standard price per 2 hours session: 350 GEL
Cost of used sessions: 3 × 350 = 1,050 GEL
Refund amount: 2,900 − 1,050 = 1,850 GEL

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content recorded or created during a session remains the full property of the client. Podcast Corner does not claim ownership or usage rights over client materials. The studio only retains copies for backup or delivery purposes, with the client’s consent. At the same time, Podcast Corner reserves the right to publish behind-the-scenes (BTS) content from recording sessions on its social media (e.g. Instagram Stories) or use selected video excerpts for promotional purposes on platforms like Instagram or Facebook, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in advance.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Podcast Corner is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to it.

7. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled online — using the link in your booking confirmation — if there are 24 hours or more before your session. If less than 24 hours remain, please contact our administrator directly.

Cancellations or reschedules 24+ hours before the session: free of charge — the prepayment is refunded in full.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session: the studio retains 50% of the booking cost.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same card or payment method that was used for the payment, within 10 business days of the cancellation or of the refund being approved. The time it takes for the money to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

If a payment arrives after the 15-minute hold has expired and the time slot has already been taken by another client, the payment is refunded in full.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. A full refund or free rescheduling may be granted in the following cases, subject to review:

Medical emergency affecting the client or an immediate family member (documentation required)
Death of an immediate family member
Natural disaster, severe weather
Technical failure on the studio's side (equipment breakdown, power outage, etc.)
Studio-initiated cancellation for any reason

To request an exception, please contact our administrator as soon as possible with a brief description of the situation. Each case is reviewed individually, and we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.

These policies help the studio operate smoothly and provide high-quality service for all guests without exception. If they seem a bit strict, it’s only because the studio involves a team of professionals whose time and preparation matter. Late cancellations make it impossible for other clients to see and book that slot, which affects overall efficiency and fairness.

8. Service Delivery Policy

Podcast Corner provides services, not physical goods — nothing is shipped by post or courier.

Studio rental, recording and live streaming are provided in person at the studio (11 Maksim Gorki St, Tbilisi) on the date and at the time of your booking, with a studio operator.
On-location shooting is provided at the place and time agreed with you in writing.
Raw files are delivered electronically via Yandex.Disk or Google Drive within 24 hours of the session, free of charge. You can also bring your own drive and receive the files right after the recording — a 1-hour session with 3 cameras in 4K takes about 100 GB.
Editing, Reels, jingles and branding are delivered electronically (cloud link) within the time agreed when you order them.

Other delivery methods on request may incur additional fees. We keep a backup of your raw files for 14 days after the session.

9. Extension Policy

Each studio booking includes a fixed time slot (e.g. 10:00 to 11:00 AM). You may notice an extra 30 minutes shown at the end of your booking — this time is not part of your rental. It is reserved for the studio to transfer files, reset equipment, and prepare for the next guest. Your paid rental time begins exactly at the scheduled start time, and recordings must finish within that time. If you wish to extend your session, this is only possible if the studio is available. Any extra time will be charged per minute, based on the hourly rental rate.

Example:

If 1 hour costs 180 GEL and you extend by 10 minutes, the additional charge will be: 180 GEL / 60 × 10 = 30 GEL

10. Limitation of Liability

Podcast Corner is not liable for any losses or damages, including those due to delays, file corruption, or technical failures. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. However, any potential issue or error will be addressed through open communication, and the studio will always make every effort to find a fair solution and ensure full client satisfaction.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold Podcast Corner harmless from any claims or damages resulting from misuse of the studio, violation of these terms, or any illegal content recorded on our premises.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any business activities are conducted in accordance with the legislation of Georgia and applicable local regulations. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, in accordance with Georgian law.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
